Admin Assistant

We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Office All Rounder for an immediate start.

The successful applicant will have a positive approach to their role, a friendly and proactive attitude and have immaculate presentation.

Based in Banksmeadow, Full-time Hours on offer!!

Your main duties are as follows but are not limited to:

  • Administration Duties
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Liason
  • Answering Phones, taking messages or directing to relevant people
You must be:

  • Customer orientated and a team player
  • Extensive knowledge in EXCEL
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Have excellent telephone manner
  • Be proactive and have a willingness to learn
  • Have excellent time management skills
Strong computer knowledge is essential word and excel are advantageous.

Hours are from 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

You must be a permanent resident or citizen to be suitable for this role.
