Irv has been in the recruitment industry since 1990. He rapidly realised a gap in the market and a need to better service the industry. In 1991 he established his company with the sole mission to provide a more personalised service to both clients and job seekers. With a strong sales background and great determination, Irv was the main force behind Swift Personnel’s growth and continues to successfully manage the company today.

Agnes De Leon – Senior Consultant

Agnes started her career at Swift Personnel in 1995 as the payroll and administration clerk. Her great enthusiasm and passion for the industry saw Agnes complete courses in industry recognised WH & S and Human Resources. She was soon promoted to become our Senior Consultant. Her excellent knowledge of and dedication to our clients’ requirements, great interpersonal skills and proven experience in building long-term relationships, has ensured the total satisfaction of both our clients and job seekers.

Fira Gammer – Admin/Office Manager

Fira was hired by Swift Personnel in 1992 as a casual employee. Her dedication to her job, strong financial background, cost analysis and accounting experience led the company to offer her a full time position. Today, Fira manages the day to day running of the office, plans, directs and prepares financial reports and has extensive knowledge of all regulatory requirements relevant to the business, our market and industry.

Robert Chambers - Business Development Manager

Roberts charming and easy going attitude creates long lasting relationships with everyone he meets. He brings a strong real estate sales background with over 10 years experience in management & sales. As our new Business Development Manager, Rob’s focus will be in further cementing relationships with our current clients, identify and develop new business opportunities and assist in the future growth of the business.

Krysta Millard - Recruitment Consultant

Krysta started off with Swift in 2010 as a receptionist and by her drive and general interest in consulting has worked her way up to a recruitment consultant position working alongside Agnes and Katie. Krysta comes from a retail management background which has developed her strong customer service skills. She is responsible for all advertising and social media outlets for the company, as well as helping Agnes with recruiting staff and screening all candidates for positions.

Katie Johnstone - Receptionist/Recruitment Consultant 

Katie comes from a hospitality background previously managing a café and running events, here she picked up her exceptional customer service skills. She is currently Swifts receptionist/administration assistant and is working to develop her career into a consultant. Katie provides a comfortable vibe to new employees and a positive/ reassuring attitude that Swift Personnel will find the best suited employees for our clients & work for keen candidates.

Kate Khlystova - Accounts

Joining Swift Personnel in May 2017, Kate manages payroll and shares the responsibility of the finance side of the company. Kate has her Masters in Accounting and has previously worked for a construction company working in the admin and accounts department. Kate is extremely quick at picking up skills, has strong commitment to customer service and is always pleased to assist with any finance enquiry.
